Get to know yourself better through the interlacing and exploration of music, lyrics and visual arts.

In a safe and comfortable space, without any critical attitude towards aesthetics, participants understand

their feelings from lyrics. They will further express their feelings through visual art creation to gain better

self-understanding.

通過音樂、歌詞與圖畫的交錯，找尋屬於自己的故事。

在一個安全自在的空間，摒除對審美的批判態度，參加者從歌詞和合唱環節，了解自己當前的感受，然後把感受通過視覺藝術創作表達出來，最後透過小組分享，抒發情感及從中獲得個人了解和成長，促進身心靈健康。
