In a safe environment, participants are encouraged to let go of one’s self-criticism, focus on exploring their inner feelings, make good use of their inner resources, and enhance self-awareness through different art creations. An expressive arts therapy experiential workshop does not merely focus on problem-solving or dwell on emotional issues; everyone can also achieve self-understanding, personal growth, and well-being.
透過不同的創意藝術媒介,讓參加者在一個自在的空間創作,摒除對審美的批判態度,專注探索個人的內在感受,善用內在資源,提升自我意識。體驗工作坊強調表達藝術治療不局限於針對問題性的行為或情緒,每一個人也可以從中獲得個人了解和成長,促進身心靈健康。

For anyone who is interested in arts. No artistic background or skills are required.

10-20 participants (depending on the needs)
