個人表達藝術治療

Individual therapy is a collaboration process between the therapist and the service recipient. In the first session, a【VOOA | 一趟】therapist gets to understand the needs and mental health conditions of the service recipient. They will work out goals and expectations together, and design the duration of therapy as well. During the process, the therapist aims to provide a safe environment for the service recipient to freely express his/her feelings and experiences, discover his/her potential, and relieve stress through various art creations. This helps the service recipient to better tackle his/her emotional or behavioural problems, and to achieve personal growth and balance in life.
個人表達藝術治療是一個治療師和服務使用者合作過程。【VOOA | 一趟】的治療師會於第一節會面時,了解服務使用者的需要和心理狀況,然後與服務使用者共同制定目標,期望及治療時間。過程中,治療師旨在提供一個安全自由的空間,讓服務使用者可自在地,透過不同的藝術創作及參與,表達和探索內心的感覺和經驗,洞察自己不自覺的部分及發現潛能,從而舒緩壓力,改善情緒或行為問題,達致個人成長,改善生活。
Therapeutic process 治療過程:
Usually meet at least 4-8 times on a regular basis
60 minutes each session
治療過程通常最少定期會面4-8次,每節60分鐘。
The length of the entire therapeutic process varies depending on each service recipient. The therapist and service recipient will review and revise their goals and progress regularly, thus working out the exact timeline together.
整個過程所需時間因人而定,治療師會與服務使用者定期檢討目標和內容,共同制定確實時間。
